Can someone help me.

Hi, I'm new to this whole forum thing.

For the past 4 months I have been going to the gym 3 times a week and have lost some weight. But I am really struggling to lose it from my belly. I'm only 20 and look life I'm pregnant. Anyone have any ideas on how I can sort out this area. I have tried to attach a photo so you can see what I mean. No hate please- I am trying to lose the weight.View attachment 23352

Welcome to the forum. This is a hate free zone, by the way! :). Unfortunately, there isn't a way to reduce fat where we want to reduce it through exercise. It just goes away from where ever the heck it wants to leave from. You'll just have to keep working at it in the gym, eating right and it'll eventually melt off of you. You've lost weight. Focus on that! That is a great start. Eventually you'll look like you want to look, just don't give up or pin your hopes on a turn around so quickly. It took time to put it on, it'll take time to take it off. But the bottom line -- IT WILL COME OFF! Please stay motivated and work hard! If you ever need help or motivation feel free to ask!

What does your diet look like? What kind of exercising are you doing? How tall are you?
