Hey everyone,
So I joined a gym now, but there are so many things that I dont know where to start. I am 18 years old, 6'2", and 236 pounds. I am trying to lose about 25-30 lbs by mid June. If someone has any tips on what exercises, and when, and some nutrition tips as well, I would be very greatful
