Can someone help me with an exercise plan...

Hey everyone,
So I joined a gym now, but there are so many things that I dont know where to start. I am 18 years old, 6'2", and 236 pounds. I am trying to lose about 25-30 lbs by mid June. If someone has any tips on what exercises, and when, and some nutrition tips as well, I would be very greatful :)

I'm still a little knew here and learning a lot. One thing i've been told is when you work your body give the different areas a day to relax. I've hurd/see workout plans like this:
Monday: Upper body (abs, back, arms, etc.)
Tuesday: Lower body
Wensday: Upper body
Thursday: Lower body & Jogging
Friday: Swimming
Saterday:Upper body
Sunday: Lower body
I think you get the idea :). Mine is kind of like that, Just no swimming and i try to walk a few miles on my lower body workout days. (sorry if you already knew all this). Then i've been told Chicken is very good with meals :), Then of course who fruits and veggies, lots of water :). I don't live near a gym you lucky brat you lol. Sorry if I didn't help much but these are some of the things i've learned :).
 
Lol I know what you mean, I took weight training my sophmore year in high school lol. I LOVED the leg extenchion machine! it was so fun :D. Glad I helped :)
