Can someone critique my HIIT workout...?

Basically this is what I do on my treadmill:

Warm up for 3 minutes at 3.5 mph.
Sprint at 8.0-8.2 for 1 minute
Recover at 4.0 for 2 minutes
Repeat for a total workout of 35 minutes
Cool down at 3.5 for 3 minutes

Does this sound good? I know that HIIT is supposed to kick your butt, but I feel like if I really wanted to, I could go another 5-10 minutes. Does that mean my high speed intervals are not fast enough? I mean, I feel like I am at an all-out sprint, but I keep hearing that you shouldn't be able to do a HIIT program for more then 30 minutes.

Any suggestions/advice?

HIIT on a treadmill is only as optimal as the treadmill allows. The best way is to get to a flat field outside and sprint for yardage. A true sprint can only be done not on a treadmill.

Your HIIT seems pretty max'd out. It also seems to be a low to moderate intensity at best.

i'm not sure if anyone can do HIIT for that long though...
i've been doing what's called Guerrilla Cardio, a couple of years old HIIT, consists of 4 min warm up 4 min 8 intervals (20 sprint 10 rest) and another 4 min cool down. These 12 mins are really hard like hell for me and i've been doing it for about 4 weeks now.(I run outside though)
Cheers :D
