Can someone calculate this please?

Hey,
Here's some information about me, I am wondering how many pounds this diet will lead to me lose per week or something... thank you.

Age: 19
Sex: Male
Weight: 240LBS
Height: 6'2

4AM: Run for 30 minutes
8AM: Walk for 30 minutes
12pm: Walk for 30 minutes
4pm: Walk for 30 minutes
8pm: Walk for 30 minutes

Each 30 minute walk will be approx. 1.8-2 miles

1200-1500 calories eaten per day, including chicken/vegetables & salad.

Going to try and stick to this, please let me know how much I am able to lose.
