Sport Can Ramen be healthy?

Sport Fitness
I've got like two boxes of Ramen sitting in my cabinet. I'm usually quite eager to jump into a pack but since my recent health kick, I'm extremely paranoid because of the sodium intake. I don't really know a lot of the consequences, all I have HEARD is that Ramen is bad for the sodium.

Is this true? Should I lay off the Ramen or is there any way to make this into a semi healthy meal? What if I refrain from putting the chicken spice in or just cut down on the amount I put in?

Lay off them. Bad carbs, sodium, need I say more?

There really is no way to make Ramen healthy. In fact, the block of noodles is deep fried before they're packaged, so the sodium isn't your only cause for concern.

its not healthy at all for you, too much sodium in it. BUT, one way you can eat it healthier is, after boiling it in water and cooking the noodles, pour all the water out, and stick the noodles in a fresh batch of boiled water. it somewhat cuts down on the unhealthy ingredients.

If you don't have the power to throw it out and feel you must eat it, do what Smex had said, do it several times if you must, and then add vegetables and what not.
