Well I really cant relate on the skirt thing.......... Well first thing you want to look at is your diet. Make sure your getting enough of carbs, fats, and protein. And I would recommend a 1200 calorie diet(no less), diet alone is very important. Another thing is eating several small meals daily as opposed to eating 2-3 meals daily. It will booost your metabolism and it sheds fat nicely. And for training I would recommend cardio 2-3 times weekly and weightlifting/resistance training 2-3 times weekly. Your time frame should give you time to lose between 25 and 50 lbs. but thats eating right AND excercising. Im not sure about your weight so the weight thing could be a little off. There are lots of people here that can offer advice/encouragement. If you can write down what a typical day of eating consists of and we'll take a look at it. And I would recommend taking pictures of your progress to see how well your doing(once a month is good). And make sure your drinking lots of water, it should be more than 60 oz. daily. Anyways if you have questions about anything ask, I would recommend reading some of the past posts on stuff that interests you. Good luck to you

yeah I would recommend doing HIITs which are basically interval training and really gettin gin weight lifting because the muscles will help increase your metabolism. Eat 5-6 meals a day which average about every 3 hours and just make sure to drink plenty of water. Just remeber also that you can't lose the weight overnight and take small steps at first and do something new each week. I hope you have good luck and I think that we could also give you motivation when you need it. I think it would be cool it you posted your progress too, so it can help motivate other people too.
