Your weight and height are perfect! So what you are doing is not having any bad side effects, as you are female and 14 and training that hard we have to concern ourselves if you have not started your period yet. Though this can be completely normal based on your intensity of training and in itself is not a thing to worry about...it is just a reflection of your low percent fat. (a period needs estrogen, estrogen needs fat and if you are lean than your fat is low...as you gain fat in the future things return to normal) Now if you have your period than all is good and well...but you could lose it and that is also normal.

Secondly, what is your reason for such a high level of training - do you competitively play hockey or figure skate and soccer., I have trained many dual athletes and this is a pretty normal life for them. Is your goal to get to the NCAA and or higher level competition. If so, you may want a more detailed program that creates this and considers your needs.

As for food, you want to be taking in about 2000-2500 calories per day, given your level of training. That should be about 1000- carbs (or 250 grams), 600 protein (150 grams) and 400 fat (45 grams) ....divide those up into 5 meals and they should look like this....50 grams of carbs, 30 grams of protein and 9 grams of fat....if you have any questions just email me at chavypt {at} gmail {dot} com
