can i lose 11kg before August 14?

I want to get down from 59kg to 48kg. So pretty much 11 kg or better more. Starting from yesterday, eating healthy, watching my calorie intake and excersise as much as i can, can i lose that much in that amount of time by August?
Any excersise tips, foods metabolism etc?

Spend some time reading the stickied threads -the best tips will come from there.

you currently weigh about 130
you want to get to 105

that's about 25lbs in in 3 months or about 13 weeks

that's just about 2lbs a week -given your current weight -that's really not a great goal - you want to shoot for 1 percent of your body weight a week...

If you're consistent, and eat right and exercise - you will be closer to where you want to be... but probablt not at 105lbs -

i assume you want to take the weight off and keep it off.

From your other posts, sounds like you've got some issues with consistency that stem from depriving yourself... Start reading the stickied threads and you'll get a lot of good info about what consistutes a healthy diet that is sustainable.. and what exercises will be the most efficient.

Keep in mind you're still very young and your body is still maturing and growing and needs nourishment.. DO NOT cut your calories too low... a nd DO NOT focus on getting to a specific number... no one but your doctor and yuou will ever know what that number is - focus on being healthy and what you're seeing in the mirror and how your clothes are fitting
 
Mal is right. I lost 37 lbs in 4 months but the first 15 of those pounds were due to illness, and I lost that in 2 weeks. The last 22 lbs I lost over the 3 1/2 months came off slowly. At the rate of .5 to 1 lb per week. I eat very little fat and workout 3 to 4 x a week. If you want to keep from yo-yoing you want to go down slowly and then maintain. Will it really be so bad if you got to 112 instead of 105 by August? And if you are trying to fit into a certain size, I'd concentrate more on what the tape measure says as opposed to the scale.

Wow thats a lot of weight to lose, and 48kg is REALLY low, whats your height?

I was 48kg and 170cm and had a BMI of under 17.5, diagnosed with an eating disorder, and it wasn't a pretty sight! Getting down that low will seriously screw up your body forever!

Why dont you set a smaller goal? Like 55kg in 2 months, and see what you look like there? Your not big now, and its harder to lose weight when you are already small cause its like your body is trying to fight it.
