So, I'm thirteen y/o, 5'5 and I weight 78 kilograms. I play volleyball, Badminton and on occasion I swim. For the past months, I've been teased by my classmates about being "Fat". Before, I tried to go on a crash diet, but it ended up to worsen my migraine attacks. Due to this, I needed to stop it. I did lose 2 kilos but yeah I needed to stop. Being the shy type I usually work out during the afternoon and evening since I hate others seeing me and I also need to do a lot of after school activities.
