Can I go workout today?

I just got done (i think) getting over a chest cold. Coughing up flim now. I feel fine. I just don't want to get sick again. I would like to at least go run for 20 minutes.
I did upperbody workout tuesday and felt alittle sick after for half the day. I need to do legs today. What do you advanced builders advise?
 
If I can walk I train. The endorphin high helps me get over being sick. I may tone my training down, but I still do what I can.
