(p.s Excuse me for my english i'm albanian)

In simple terms............Lift heavy weights, eat high protein, and a calorie surplus.

Go in the 'weight training' section and read the 'stickys' which have some good information in them about diet and training.

You didn't give enough "personal" information about yourself, to have one provide "more precise advice".

What do you mean by volume? To increase muscle strength? To increase muscle atrophy?

What specifically are your fitness goals?

IMO, there is no such thing as a painting fitness program, that--all will respond well to. One has to find "their personal paint-brush" fitness program, and refine this as they progress and move forward.

The aforementioned opinion about a fitness program, applies to the specifics of diet and macro nutrients. One begins from a base premise, and then adjusts/adapts the numerical figures into real life as they get real-world feed back from "their own body".

For example: Just because I could eat any type of carbohydrate at any given time, at any point in the day (regardless of activity), and lose fat tissue (when I was dieting to lose the major bulk of my initial fat--first starting out) as along as a calorie deficit was present, DOES NOT mean someone else can. Each of us can be different.

Diet and fitness "can be" very person specific.

I am hoping you are not a one/two post new member. If you come back and post, I can provide you with some information that you can decipher through, and start your education on Calories and Macro Nutrients, etc, etc.

Meanwhile, please answer my questions. :)

Best regards,

Chillen
