Right, i've got a goal to lose 10 pounds and to get a bit of definition, alongside improving my fitness. I have devised a plan but im no expert and would welcome any advise or further suggestions from all you experts out there.
I plan to do 3 of days Weights (at home), each day focusing on different exercises. I will do 3 sets of each exercise and between 12-15 reps on each. Each session approx 45 mins.
Five days a week i will do 30 mins CV at approx 80% max heart rate.
After 8 weeks i plan to alternate weeks of high weight low reps, with low weight high reps exercises so my body doesnt get used to the same thing
I am female, 22, 5ft 8 and my current weight is 10 stone 12, bodyfat approx 23-24%, my lifestile is fairly active - looking after my 10 month old son.
What i really want to no is what should i be eating and what should i avoid? Should i count calories? How many calories should i be eating?
Any advice on my exercise, diet much appreciated.
