Do you know anything about this product?
I had bought it and now that I want to take it, I took a look through the net and found out that no one thinks highly of weider...

I also can find almost nothing about this product...

From my little knowledge on these kind of products, its a nice formula, but is there anyone who can tell me more?


The strange thing about dosology (as written on the box) is that one should take 1-3 scoops daily for a week then stop for two weeks and then continue taking the product... does this seem right?

its basically overpriced creatine. glutamine is pointless according to all the research.
they toss in a few BCAA's and sugar as a 'delivery system'...which isnt' necessary.

next time spend $15 on creatine monohydrate, and take 3-5g a day, post workout.

how about the dosology?

do you think I should quit for 2 weeks and restart, or I should use it as any other creatine, that is loading for 3-5 days and then 1 scoop per day?
 
there's no reason to load. daily servings if 1 scoop will achieve creatine saturation inside the muscle cells in about 3 weeks.
1 scoop per day, post workout.

use it up, then get regular monohydrate and go for a level teaspoon daily, post workout.
