hi i'm wondering if anyones knows about heightmax and what your input is about it.. any side effectsthat you know of? it's FDA approved but i dont always trust that.thanks!
 
considering they won't tell me wtf is in it, and its $64 for a 30 day supply, I call bull****.

Get a decent multi-vitamin that's not coated in a thick shell, and you're fine. Eat a diverse diet full of fruits and veggies, and you're fine.
