Hi, im 16 and currently play for a well established rugby club, i am 5 foot 5 and around 10.5 stone, i am slight build and nimble and agile however to progress to higher levels of playing i feel i need to get bigger so i can show physical dominance, i would like a weekly routine for rugby players or if anyone could just tell me the best exercises and sets and reps i should be aiming for that would be extremely appreciated. Any additional nutritional information would be great, Thanks.
