im 14 stone male looking to shed a few stone ive read up a low carb diet plan and excercise twice a week i have managed to shed 1 stone but its going slow and i must admit motivation is slowing down now
 
Hey met1, I'm not a professional but when I read that you're wanting to do a low carb diet I automatically thought of detox teas. No carbohydrates and they're great for cleansing the body and losing weight!

Hopefully, some others come and give you some good tips, good luck and keep up the good work!
 
You gotta keep it going buddy. Aren´t you already down 1 stone? Some questions:
-How long have you been trying to lose weight?
-What is your goal? Keep it simple at first. Otherwise you´ll burn yourself out.
-Try doing something without expecting a result right away, it takes time.
