I'm filipino and I grew up eating rice every single day. It's really hard for me to eat brown rice because I just got really used to eating white rice. I know it makes you fat and everything, but will half a cup hurt (maybe sometimes the other half is brown)? I'm actually doing P90x so I get my ab workout every other day. And trust me, they're really intense. So any thoughts? Suggestions?
