Sport Camel's Milk!

Sport Fitness
Okay, so i know not many are familiar with it but it's not that much of a freakshow to drink camel's milk in my region. We actually have it bottled and sold in co-ops and now it's sold even in some parts of europe.

Anyway, i've always heard propaganda on the effects of camel's milk (virility, anti-cancerogen properties, etc..) but i found this article pretty interesting... I know it's great for allergies cuz my cousin manages her asthma with it but this study really proves it:

just thought i'd share!

Thats pretty cool, cant wait to read the next results they get from a bigger population of people. You say camel milk is not a freakshow were your from, so were ya from?

dubai :) and there are other studies and things... it's just so commonly known as a superior milk to other types over here. Glad someone found this interesting! I actually bought some today, bottled camel milk lol.. i just never gave it a second look before but boy there are BRANDS. I got the camelicious one :D it's just amusing somehow..

Camel's milk sounds pretty cool...I want to try it, maybe mix some in my protein shakes, lol.

I wonder how camel steaks taste?

First of all, I can't say how it tastes, cause I've never had it. But it's nasty. :p sorry lol Tell us how it was.

I've always wanted to go to UAE. Such a beautiful place. Especially Dubai, you have NO idea how jealous I am that you live there. :) I have heritage in Lebanon, so I'm part Arabic as well.

acdc - tastes like whole cream regular milk, which is pretty heavy IMO.. funny thing is it's fat content is like 2% milk so i don't know where the heaviness is from.

lei- never had a camel steak but i know some people who have..

Merciless - i think camels are nasty.. their milk isn't too bad tho. Yeah dubai's a cool place to be in right now. Don't be jealous tho, our climate sucks. Lebanon huh? been there before they blew it up.. it's a pretty cool place too. i used to go skiing with my family in the winters at the mazaar.
