Calorimeter/HRM For Lifting

I'm looking to invest in a quality heart rate monitor/calorimeter for cutting during lifting.

I would like to keep it under $200. I've looked at the "Polar AW200", but it seems more for cardio exercises that weight lifting.

I'm also looking at the "GoWear fit Lifestyle and Calorie Management System", but I think it requires an online subscription to retrieve the amount of calories burned.

Does anyone have any advice? I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
