I guess I'm one of those people who truly has a naturally high metabolism. I used to eat whatever I wanted and eat a lot of it...we're talking to the point that people marveled at how much I ate. At 6'1 I only got up to 227 at my peak, usually about 220.
Now that I'm eating clean and cutting, I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to stop losing weight when I want to. It's hard to eat a huge amount of clean calories, because the bad stuff is more calorie dense (and addictive, so you eat more).
I'm currently eating 3700 calories a day and losing weight. I'm going to have to eat well over 4000 cals to bulk or even maintain. Does this seem incredibly high? I'm about 195-196 right now.
