Weight-Loss Calories?

What's the max calories someone should eat if they're trying to lose weight? I currently eat from 300-700 calories a day... sometimes more, but I try not to 'cause I weigh a lot and I feel that if I eat something with not much calories once a day,it'd help me lose weight o_O Not sure on how it actually works, but yeah.. was just wondering the average calorie consumption =P
 
Without being harsh, you *really* need to spend some time reading the stickies here on the forum.

Caloric requirements aren't universal. They're individual given a person's size, body composition, genetics, activity level, metabolism, etc.

Regardless of this, you're eating entirely too few calories.
 
No need to apologize... it's just that you're asking a very fundamental question and most fundamental questions are best answered in the stickies here. If, after reading through them... especially the one linked above... you still have questions, by all means let them fire.
