I did the equation thing and found that to maintain my weight I need to intake just over 2100 calroies a day. Would it be unhealthy to intake just intake 900-1000?

Sorry, I accidently posted this in men's health, can someone move it to women's?

Yes it would be very unhealthy to cut down that much, not to mention slow down your metabolsm and make it to where you will burn into your muscle and keep all that yummy fat. If you need 2100 then cut back by 500 to 1600.
It takes 3500 calories cut to lose a pound. So every week at that weight you will lose a pound possibly a little more if you are combining it with cardio and strength training. And also the more you weight, the more it all shocks teh system so it could be up higher than that. You should never go below 1300 calories no matter who you are.

Yeah, when i didnt know anything and i was just dying to lose my weight i only ate 1000 calories a day and i wasnt getting much progress and i was always tired. Then i found out i should be eating at least 1800 calories a day, so i did, at first i got gaind a little weight, but thats because my metabolism had slowed down so much, but soon after eating 6 meals a day im in better shape then i have ever been :D

So dont go lower than 1600 cals
