Sport Calories,rods

Im 15 6feet2inches 169Lbs 15%bodyfat.Im tennis player,and i practice 6 days a week .I want until christmas to be 163 lbs.my weekly calorie program is this:
monday 1500 calories
tuesday 1700
wednesday 1700 t
thursday 1700
friday 2000
saturday 2000
sunday 2500
the problem is that when i eat my dinner i eat the protein supplements and
then i eat like 400 calories of rods.if i dont eat more than my program i can eat rods,right?
 
Hey serby, can you tell us what a rod is? Maybe it's just me but I've never heard of that!
