Odd question.. But I am wondering how one finds out how many calories are in a fruit coulis?
I just made some for a recipe tomorrow and I'd like to know how many calories I'll be adding to said recipe.
I used 2 cups of blueberries and some Splenda. I boiled it down with water and used a very fine strainer and got rid of the "pulp". So I assume there is very little calories in the coulis.
Any estimates? Is it even worth counting?
