Calories/Carbs/Fat/Protein
I'm 5'2 169 lbs. I was just wondering how much calories, carbs, fat and protein I should take in per day? I can't figure it out and I really want to take control of what I eat. So far I've been counting calories, and I've been eating from 1200-1500/day. But I have no idea how much carbs, fat and protein I should be eating. Does anyone know whats best for someone my size, trying to lost weight?
