Calories Burned

So I see every Were that You Should Eat less do more.
So Im Aiming for a 1700 calorie day with a 1000 cal burn each day,


Will This Help Me Lose Weight.

Ive got 67lb to lose

Can I ask you how you are burning 1000 calories per day? This is quite a lot if you plan to burn this many calories per day.

Yeah it too right green tea help a lot in burning calories second thing which i know which help in burning calories is have lemon with salt in a glass of water daily in morning.
 
Eating less is the ONLY solution for losing weight. Exercise is an added bonus that will make weight loss more healthy and easier, but unless you consume less than you burn (=eating less), you won't lose weight.


And stop the green tea nonsense. It's getting old.

diet AND exercise is the way to go. You need both to lose weight! Exercise is beneficial in so many aspects making your life healthier!
