merry christmas all. I wanted to know how I would find out how many calories I burn by running, for example this morning I ran for about 20 minutes at 5 mph. My treadmill tells me I burned 217 calories. Although I typed in what I did on fitday.com and it tells me i burned 10,665 calories. It is a huge difference, what is right, or better yet, what is the best way to find out what you are burning ?
