Calories Burned from Lifestyle?

I've just started using fitday.com, and the calories that are burned from the lifestyle I have as a high school stdent (mostly sitting, some movement) increases everyday. Is this right? It went from 1111 yesterday, to 1146 today, and then 1221 tomorrow.

It goes by your weight, as far as I know. If your weight doesn't change, the calories burned shouldn't. (And on my account, they don't.)

i wouldn't use fitdays accuracy, as i heard it is off, but there are other formulas to use to measure your maintenance calories. The number should only change if you lose weight, and at that it should be a decreasing number

What I do is calculating the BMR and multipling it for 1.2
That gives me the sedentary life necessities and I use that number as a base, and then I add my physical activity.
I dont know what the rest of the people do but I havent find a better way of doing it...

make sure the timing is right when you eat during the day, than try to count how much you have eaten.
