Sport Calorie Totals and Workouts - Hmm

Sport Fitness
During the loneliness of the gym i got thinking about calories.

the basic counters say i should be on 2500-2600 a day (22 male, 76kg, 5' 11", 'active'!)

Im not strict on calories but i know what roughly gets me to 2300 a day, which is what i though i should be eating for fat loss.

On my lower day i do HIIT so im burning off 300-400 kcalories, and around and hours worth of weights before that. i do that 3 times a week.

On my upper day its an hour of weights at night and the infrequent morning starved run.

So that knocks off either 600 or 200 kcalories off my fat burning total of 2300

Here's the question.

Is my suggested calorie intake what i eat alone, or what i eat minus what i work off.

If its the latter im drastically under calorified for the day.

Help!

Suggested calorie intake is what you should intake for the day not including what is burnt. So if you think you should take in 2500, then take 2500 and if you want to lose weight, you have to burn more than that. Is that what you meant?

Always add up calories for the day, then subtract to see if you expending more than you intake (made simple).

yeah thats what i mean

if i should have 2500 and want to burn fat do i then remove 200-300 from that (total intake 2200-2300) and then deduct what i burn

or

do i keep at the 2500 calories and then deduct what i burn as the fat burning
