I eat 2 egg whites with 2 peices of wheat bread for breakfest at about 9 then at 12 ill eat 2 wheat bread and 2 slices of ham 3 hours later I will eat a apple,banna or cantaloupe then 2-3 hours later I will eat dinner( whatever my dad cooks). I was told that less then a 1000 calories is starving sometimes thats less then a 1000 calories and could stop weight loss well will it stop my weight loss and if so what should I add into to eat more calories.
