calorie intake

ive been a member for awhile but alot of people on here were concerned that i was not eating enough after viewing my diary
i decided to up my calorie intake from round about 1000 a day
to 1500 minimum a day and i have kept up and slightly increased my exercise
i do 30mins spin a night
press ups sit up squats
15mins cross trainer
six times a week
and in the past two weeks ive put on 7lbs
im really frustrated and have had less energy finding it really hard at the gym if im honest where as i didnt before could it be that maybe i was suited to 1000cals
as i was loosing 2lbs a week which is a health amount.
help please i dont wnt to get fat again.. should i do wht my body loses weght with or stick at 1500 cals coz its healthy
i did do a bmr and it came back at 1800 ...

Are you sure that some of the 7lbs gains isn't muscle?
 
im not sure i dont really look any different it was only cardio i upped by 15mins so i didnt think it wud be too much x
 
I was also taking in 1000 cals a day and people were telling me the same thing. I was 165 for a week and I was burning 4000 + cals I was just going to quit but I went up to 1200 and I'm down to 163 this morning so maybe I wasn't putting enough in try 1200-1300 instead of 1500 Also artemisia is right it would be muscle.
 
think i was panicing over nothing i was scared of gewtting stuck again.. but weight in yesterday and i had lost 2lbs so maybe it just took a lil time to get going xx
 
That happen to me I was stuck at 165 for five days which hadn't been happening this whole time. Yesterday I was 161 so we just have to relax and stay positive
