ok so today i started my calorie intake with 1479

i was not counting calories and eating less so i noticed i wasnt really eating at all so i started a calorie intake at 1479

& i just had a breakfast of 693 calories that leaves me 786 calories for dinner

I hope im doing good

wat do u think?
 
WEll ... hard to say if it's good or bad w/out knowing what you ate. :)

But overall, if you stick with the 1479, you'll be a lot healthier than eating less. :)
 
Wait a tick, you mentioned breakfast, then dinner. Are you planning on only eating those two meals the whole day?

Yes I only ate two meal
i usually always eat two meals
I stopped eating junkfood :hurray:
I used to always go into the store and instantly buy some chips;
with those two dollars i used to waste now i buy myself lottery tickets and hope to win

For Breakfast
i Ate
1 medium egg
-and a butter bun
-and a glass of milk :D

i was so full! I wasn't hungry until dinner time

For Dinner

A chicken Noodle soup with veggies
and a water bottle since i hate soda

Um ... gosh, I hate to say it, but ... that's TERRIBLE.

Where on earth are your veggies? Where's your healthy fats? Where's your lean protein? Where's the nutrition.

If your breakfast was nearly 700 calories, then I can only assume that the "butter bun" is some kind of breakfast sweet that loaded with simple carbs, sugar, and fat. Because the egg and milk would only count for about 200 calories tops.

Then you had chicken noodle soup for dinner - which I'm assuming is out of a can, which means enough sodium to choke a horse. So add another 200 or so calories for that. And then maybe another 50 calories in veggies? Maybe?

So your total intake for the day was under 800 calories, and almost 2/3 of that was a "butter bun" - whatever that is?

And one bottle of water.

Sweetie, if you keep eating like this, not only are you not going to lose any weight, you're going to make yourself seriously ill. This is not a good healthy way to eat. You need to nourish your body.
 
The egg and the milk are fine. What about adding a piece of fruit? Some yogurt? Some oatmeal? Just avoid things like sweet buns. :)

You need to eat more veggies and more healthy food. You're going to make yourself sick.

im still exercising everyday
i left old workout now i
run on the bycicle for 30 min
work on some machines
called the lateral thigh trainer[you move both your feet up and down ;like walking the stairs execept you dont move] 20 min
and a sports trainer 15 min


[i cook my eggs with oil]
so i count those calories too
