Sport calorie help

ok so im getting the right amount of protien carbs fat ect... but the calories arent adding up to enough
my bmr is 2144 and to cut weight i need to go below that

also take into concideration i work on my feet all day

but my cal intake goes like this

1st meal
3 eggs = 270 cals
yogurt = 110

2nd meal
wheat brd = 110
3 slices of turkey breast = 180

3rd meal
3 slices of turkey breast =180

4th meal
3 oz chick brst = 110

5th meal
3 oz chck brst = 110

6th meal
protien shake = 110
(havent got dextrose yet) oj = 110

with flex oil through out the day wich comes to about 60 cals
plus veggies with my third meal, dont know the cal count for that though

all and all that equals 1350

now im guessing i should throw more food into my 3rd 4th n 5th meal... but is it ok to go over my protien needs... hence the fact i need 157 g of protien give or take

you are NOT getting the right amount of carbs and fat, not on that diet. all you do is eat protein and 2 slices of bread. no veggies. no fruits. not anywhere near enough fat.

here's how I set up my macro intakes:
1: protein is at least 1g per pound of lean mass, but not more than 1.25g per pound of lean mass.
2: fat intake is .4 to .5g per pound of lean mass
3: the rest of my calories come from carbs, mostly pre workout and the 2 meals post workout

In other words I eat 155-180g of protein, 65-80g of fat, and from 140-160g of carbs per day, which works out to about 2000 cals which is what I determined I need right now to cut some fat off my body.
