The idea behind calorie cycling is switching up your daily intake each week in order to avoid a plateau. I suppose your metabolism isnt as efficient if your diet is completely uniform?

Anyways, I found a calculator on the internet and it recommended the following (I can post the website if anyone wants to use it):
Monday 1265 1687
Tuesday 1012 1350
Wednesday 1518 2024
Thursday 1265 1687
Friday 1139 1518
Saturday 1392 1855
Sunday 1265 1687

The first collumn is for intense weight loss and the second is for moderate weight loss.

Has anyone ever tried calorie cycling? Any feedback?

It's a bunch of bologna. It won't matter whether you "cycle" your calories or eat the same amount each day. Eating the average of the numbers you listed each day will yield the same result.

I used Calorie Cycling but not each week I interjected it in approx on every five to six weeks. This worked for me when I came to a stand still not eating anymore or less than I had been eating then throwing in some days where I mixed up the intake calories and values. For example if I was at 1700 calories with 25/50/25 I would hop the calories up by 300 and throw the mix out as well. now mix would look like 32/40/28. It just prevents your body from knowing what it has coming and processing accordingly. The other thing that really helped was eating some or cooking with X Virgin Coconut Oil.
