Sport Calorie counting...

how strictly should I be counting calories if my main goal is to strip fat as fast as possible? And how many calories should I be taking in/day? Thanks for any help with this in advance.

More importantly than counting calories is what you are eating.

Your intake depends on your stats, weight? height? body fat? etc...

to strip fat down, In my opinion you need to be doing the following.....
Some form of cardio 3 times a week, with a disciplined weight training routine, and eating healthy. Diet is the key, you wanna be eating nothing but high protein / low fat foods. ( tuna, chicken, lean meats, low fat yogurts, protien shakes, skim milk, oatmeal, etc) and eating every 3 hours or so , to keep your metabolism up. To start, Id recommend counting up how many calories you eat in a given day, and decrease it by 500 a day. Healthily, (if thats a word) you could loose around 2 pounds a week, any more than that is not good. hope that helped . good luck
