Ok, seeings that this is a weight loss forum this is quite appropriate.
Here is a link to a calorie counting / nutrition calculator / achievement diary / goal assessment program that I have coded for my computing project:
the program has been designed to make calorie counting alot easier. It tells you baised on exercise input exactly (or should i say as accuratly as a computer program could get) how many calories you should be intaking in order to maintain bodyweight, it also takes into account you height, weight, age, sec etc.
The program has also been designed so that you are able to set yourself a goal and then compare your goal against your actual progress.
There are more functions however I will let you discover those yourself
