ok so basically monday - friday i do 2 hours a day exercise, running. i go pretty hard, i input my weight etc into the treadmills or on the bikes or ellipticals, minimum 600 calories per hour of exercise. generally i'll do an hour saturday morning too, but since this saturday i'll miss out as i'm going camping and drinking for my bday yay, i'll leave it out.

so generally i do 10 hours a week - = 6000 calories burned through exercise.

do you think my diet supplements my exercise routine??

i'm not doing this for weight loss anymore, i've hit 60 kilograms, well and truly happy with that, i actually do still carry a fair bit of excess weight around my thighs (irregardless of wat my mother says hahah), but i'm happy that i can run for 2 hours a day :) so meh, bugger it. basically i plateaued at 63 kgs for about 8 wks whilst i got fit enough to manage my running. then i dropped to 60 and i think i'm hanging round there for a while.

um yes, what do you think??

i take in the mornings in the way of vitamins: IBS (they're inner health plus for natural bacteria), iron, echinacea and garlic, flaxseed oil, calcium, tablets for skin and hair (silica), and apple cider vinegar tablets.

thanks ladies in advance if u can help :)
