i recently put 3lbs on threw binging in 2 days, 1st day i didnt eat hardly any tea so i got a big bag of maltesers from the shop, eat them then had a sandwich before bed with 5 beers. next day i had a chinese, i eat half my noodles and 2 chicken on skewers but that was for my main meal of the day.
right what i want to know is, was it becuase i`m eating so low caleries a day i put on this weight? becuase it was alot harder to put the weight back on after i had been going to the gym. each day i eat a bowl of corn flakes, salad sandwich, a main course of about 400cals, 7 to 8 cups of tea(with sweetner) and some fruit
