hi, sorry, probably been done before but i've searched google with no luck - does anyone know of a calculator where i could input all my statistics, plus input the specific amount i burn per day/week watever, calorie/kilojoule wise through exercise.
i've seen those that you input it and it thus calculate s your body's basic resting calorie needs per day, but then you have to input a vague choice ie sedentary, active etc, so not entirely specific.
i only ask as i have a very specific diet and know exactly wat i consume each day as it is the same each and every day. i also know exactly what i burn through exercise.
although...i guess...(i'm really not good at this stuff), i calculate online my body's basic metabolic rate/what is burnt just day to day, ie what calories i need day to day just to live.
i then what, add on wat i burn? and then wat. grrrrrrr argh so hard running blind.
any help would be great. i know, i'm blonde, and its not even real blonde which is even worse!!
