I did get it the 2nd time. It would've been a 9:30. Actually, it's just never good enough for my throwing coach. He's a slave driver. I mean listen to him tell his son that he doesn't get to eat until I get it over.
Wow, that's really cool. That looks extremely difficult.
Well, there's just so many issues you have to train at the same time for these events that make it difficult. I have a natural instinct that I can't seem to kill where I want to hop, plant and dip, and then pull the caber. The problem is if the caber gets too far out in front of you, then it's too late.
I hope to get this one down and move up to the 115 pound one we have...waiting...laughing...mocking me.

I liked 205. 230 was a bit much. I did NOT like being or feeling bloated at all. Sept is when I'll start looking to gain some outstanding hypertrophy.

I'm staying right at 199-201 until after the Tulsa Games are over (2nd week in Sept). I want one more 190 lb class competition this year.
