i'm not a fan of fad diets(mainly because i usually can't get thru the 1st day ), but my entire family(sister, parents and grandparents) have planned to start the cabbage soup diet on tuesday.
i wanted to ask... has anyone tried it? its primarily a detox diet, which promises a good amount of weight loss as well. is it worth going thru, or should i try to dissuade everyone?
the weight loss looks too much to even pretend to be healthy, but the article i read about it says that this diet is very good for 'cleansing your system'.
