now today I have decided that today onwards honestly I write diary. This time I ma rigid about my diary.
today I have enter information in Weightloss table.
today I have not control my diet but now onwards I will take about this things. toTomorrow onwards I will start joging.
good luck with all that you are doing... i think it's totally fine to take your new routine in steps... to start getting a routine with exercising, and then to add changes to your diet later is a good way to go!
