Hi All, so today I think I'm going to buy the Domyos DS910 power tower for my room, for Pushups, Pull-ups/Chin-ups, Situps and Dips.
I always workout body weight now, hardly ever use weights. So I do everything on the floor. Yet I think it's much better to do full body dips on a power tower, and plus, I am missing out on a lot without having a bar for Pullups.
Has anyone got one of these and can recommend it? Overall, do you think it's good to be a Bar trainer only?
