God help me find the energy for nutrition... I've been walking 2 miles in the morning with my dog.. then off to work for 9 hours...+ 2hours in the car back and forth.. I DON'T pack a real lunch maybe a fruit cup or yogurt.. or nothing. (don't have time to heat & eat anything and have a smoke break 1/2 hour.. lame) Don't eat a real breakfast... banana and coffee in the morning.. by the time I get home and tend to the dog and the house I'm just beat (and starving)
I've been keeping in check calorie-wise, but my choices are just terrible lately.(ex. my dinner the last 3 nights was a WENDY'S SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH..no fries or soda lol) I was laid off forever and had all the time in the world to cook and plan meals once I restarted my diet.. but now I am lost! How do you other busy folks make time for meal planning..?? Any fav recipes for something quick, easy, tasty and reheats well??
OR.. when you are too busy what do you eat from take out?? Is Chicken and Broccoli chinese a decent choice?? Calorie wise and nutrient wise it obv seems OK to me. I've been under my calorie limit eating take out but obviously getting much less nutrition in return...
I've only been working again for about a month now so maybe I will get on a schedule and figure things out.. or eat well on the weekends and limit calories and eat wendy's spicy chicken every freakin day!!! lolol
