Burning fat fast & belly

Sorry I meant to do a new post but by mistatke replied to a previous poster:

I need to burn fat fast and also try to lose that darn belly. So how many times a week should I do HIITS for it show real results fast? Everyday? Is 30 min enough each day or should I try to do it twice a day or is that necessary? I have tried doing it 3 times a week and then weights on the oposite days but I want more results. I also just started Pilates once a week.

I watched these reality fitness shows and these folks are doing cardio an hr a day 6 days a week!
