Since I am relatively new to this forums, I thought that I should share this amazing e-book I found. It basically takes all of the things I have heard on this forum about body types, losing fat, gaining mucle, proper eating, and just about everything you will need to know to make some great gains/losses in your favor. The only thing that many of you may not favor is that this book is quite long, but believe me, it is totally worth it.
Btw, the book is called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" by Tom Venuto.
