when bulking what ratio should i be looking at for protein , carbs, fats, and how much saturated fat and simple carbs and fiber should i be having a day? does any one no any websites that can give me this information? thanks
Biggie said:swans i don't know where you get your info, but 2 things i noticed, one, you DO want fiber, because if you don't have fiber you'll be in the bathroom a lot and you won't have good digestion at all. trust me. two, saturated fat is bad. you don't want a lot of it. you're right about trans fats though. you want poly and mono unsaturated fats.
