Sport bulking

when bulking what ratio should i be looking at for protein , carbs, fats, and how much saturated fat and simple carbs and fiber should i be having a day? does any one no any websites that can give me this information? thanks
 
start with these totals:

protein 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight
carbs 2grams per pound of bodyweight
fats .75grams per pound of bodyweight

you don't want a lot of fibre as it slows digestion...as for saturated fat, it's alright when consumed by itself, it's the trans fats you don't weant to over indulge in (fried foods etc)

start at these totals and adjust as needed in accordance with training vol and wt gain
 
swans i don't know where you get your info, but 2 things i noticed, one, you DO want fiber, because if you don't have fiber you'll be in the bathroom a lot and you won't have good digestion at all. trust me. two, saturated fat is bad. you don't want a lot of it. you're right about trans fats though. you want poly and mono unsaturated fats.

fiber is a definite importance
