Bulking up

Hey, I'm 14, and I am a freshman at Sherando high school. I am in the marching band, and I really wanted to get the quad toms. I didn't get them because they weigh 65lbs. and I am not a very big kid, I only weigh 113lbs. , and I am about 5' 8" or 5' 9". So I got stuck with cymbals. It would be really helpful if you could help me create a training program for marching with these monster drums. I do have a Total Trainer sitting in the basement, but im not really sure what exercises would be good to do on it. I am starting to do a lot of mountain biking with my local bike shop on Mondays, and that is already giving me muscle on my calves and shins. I need to be able to march about 4 or 5 miles in the Apple Blossom Parade with 65lb drums as soon as possible, without having many problems. Thanks a lot,
