Obviously i know drinking milk is a good thing :beer2: But the thing is, after I drink the milk, I'll just crap it all out :action14: Like diahorea lol... I won't go into the details :action2: Anyhow, what would be the best alternative? I find it weird because if I mix milk with oats such as readybreak, I don't goto toilet as much... I only drink it at night before bed

Also, with regards to food intake, I have recently been eating a little more but I'm not sure how to 'track' callories/ protiens or whatever as such... What I do is buy stuff like pork chops 600g, chicken approx 500g etc... obviously that will inc. bones... How can I calculate how much I should be eating for my size? I'm about 117 pounds @ 5,6". What should my target increase in weight be every week? When is the best time to weigh myself? I normally do it after I brush my teeth at night :xmas:

Oh, and when I wake up, I normally just have some breakfast cereals... i would say maybe about 40 - 50g + milk (which I don't seem to :action14:) lol... Would that be good enough or should I be eating something extra say maybe some more ready break? For lunch, normally a subway meal deal, so 1 sandwich, a packet of crisp and fizzy drinks :action2:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :cool2:

There are lactase enzyme tablets that you can take with the milk, or milk which has been pre-treated with lactase enzyme. No idea how effective they are if you drink large amounts of milk at once without any other food. Some other types of milk products like yogurt and cheese made with lactic acid bacteria have lower lactose content than milk.
