Ignoring the six-pack for now, my main focus is bulking up because that is what is going to help me during the wrestling season. I want to put on as much muscle as possible so that I can pretty much fit into anywhere on the varsity lineup. I weighed-in today at 158 lbs. I haven't been doing much for my legs with this annoying-ass cast on. It is driving me crazy!!!! But this should help me focus on my upper body, which is the area I lack strength in the most.
